Oetiker pliers-WTH?

Hey Snuffy:

That ad you saw on e-bay  was an excellent buy. My response was to let
you know that the Oetiker pliers were available without the name of
Oetiker and to let you know what they actually were.  End nippers or end
cutters; perpendicular to the end rather than parallel, which is what
most wire cutters are. Parallel!

Someday I hope to be able to send a picture which should remove any
confusion.
