Hi all,

Know the Lotus Elise? Lightweight fun car, 790 ks and 112 hp. Ideal on the
track, superb sprinter.
Now German Lotus tuning firm Brandes & Dschuedow didn't think it was quite
fast enough, so they installed... the RS4's 2.7tt featuring 380 hp! Hmmm...

The result is called Lotus Esthi <2.7 (yes, that's correct) and they were
even allowed to retain the Lotus name for this monster. It now weighs 995
kg, uses an A8 TDI transmission to power the rear wheels and does 0-60 mph
in 4 s. Yikes.
