I have had lots of responses about this.... Here they are

You cannot tow, car must be lifted
You can tow with rear wheels on ground
You can tow with all wheels on ground at 30 mph for less than 30 miles

Any ideas between us all what the deal is?
I have never needed to but it would be good to know...
