While I'm not discounting the repair you describe, he
says the heater valve is working. "Heater valve
appears to be working. Opens with heat on, closes
with heat off." This is exactly what that vacuum hose
does, so if he "sees" the little arm move, obviously
that hose MUST be intact. Right? It is a good point
though.
