Rear caliper question - Need quick answer!

Oh man....

This is no fun at all. I'm still not succesful in getting the caliper
back together, and it's the circlip that's been giving me trouble. I
have spent a lot of time today trying to modify tools, make tools,
pressing it together (like someone here mentioned) but still no luck.
This is starting to annoy me, especially since I need this caliper to go
back on the car, and the initial problem (stuck handbrake) is now ok.
Any new hints from those who's been there?
