So, I was in Barnes & Noble the other day and drifted by the automotive
section. Say, there's a Chilton's guide for the A4!
So scanning through it, I checked out the stuff about removing the
control arms and other crap to get at the front hub bearings. Hmm, the
pix look maybe familiar...?
Getting home, I pull out my Haynes A4 book and whaddayaknow, the *same*
photos illustrate the procedure-- only *much* better quality. (Does
anyone else keep their Haynes handy to the loo?)
It looks like Chilton just rips pix off Haynes and blows them up-- their
copies are a bit bigger, but very muddy: poor contrast and lousy resolution.
What a crock.

Now, what are you doing reading this, pal? Get back to work.
