Hi Chad,

Clearly, you have a Doyt deficiency -- best remedied by reading some of Doyt
Echelberger's very thoughtful and informative posts on seat heaters.

Search on 'Doyt Seat Heater' on the www.audifans.com main page.  There are
several references to Doyt's superb write up on repairing the 5ktq seat
heaters.
