Yes, get a round TB  and you should be set.  Worst
case you have to grind a little off where the tear
goes, but I doubt it.  See below.

I do have a spare KH TB and MC IM, here's what they
look like together.

The TB will fit on there with the exception of the
tiny vacuum tube on the back.  I circled it in red in
one of the pics.  Chop and clamp that off and you'll
be all set.  I may be able to sell that TB to you, but
give me a few weeks to figure out my IM situation.  I
would kind of like to hang on to this one just incase,
so if anyone else has one, jump on it.  Drop me
another email if you don't find another one.
