Haynes v. Bentley v. Rossi...

I find the Haynes to be much too simple minded.  Instructions like:

Remove the grapple grommet.

Gee thanks.  I can see that I have to remove the grapple grommet to get to
the frimm framm.  It would be nice if they would tell you how exactly the
#$%^& you are supposed to remove a grapple grommet when there is no access
for any tools or room to apply torque.  I have considered writing a 'better'
manual with much more explicit instructions, such as:

"To get at the frimm framm, the grapple grommet has to come off first.  You
will note that there is no way in hell that a human will be able to do this.
However, unless you have access to a 16 jointed Martian midget, we have
found that you can remove the grapple grommet by ...blah blah blah.

You get the point.
