Dealer says they have no way of knowing because this car is too old?
Apparently they have the info available for newer models?

Used to be a VIN would let the dealer obtain the key code so a locksmith
could cut you a new one. Has that possibility gone by the wayside with
newer keys and keyless remote systems?
