87 4kq 5cyl, ticking noise from manifold

It is not the hole exapnding in that case, it is the metal.

The reason exhaust leaks get quiet when warm is due to all the separate
metal pieces getting a tiny bit bigger and filling the gap - which is
usually not a hole in one piece.

Anyway, to fix an exhaust manifold leak in a 4kq, here is what should be
