88 5000 CSQ- speaker wiring question??

I swear  I'm a looking for a bently but in the
meantime!  ..... can any kind soul tell me the exact colors of the
wires that go to the two front door speakers. I have located a plug
with  4 wires - a pair of  Green and green black wires. They appear to
go to the front woofer/midrange and tweeter but on the right side only
the tweeter seems to work and not the woofer. The wiring appears to be
wrapped in tape as it goes through the hole in the door and I undid it
and discovered two other wires in there as well. I am using a standard
non factory radio and wiring the output of the radio to the green /
green black pair appears to have worked on the left side. Perhpas the
right side woofer is bad? What are the other wires for as they seem to
drive the tweeter as well?
