Running lean on boost

 Hi folks, On my 5ktq, whenever I am at ~5 psi boost - verified by an exter=
nal guage and the dash guage - the mixture goes lean and the car spits and =
sputters (verified by air/fuel guage). My fuel pump makes a lot of noise an=
d I have been somewhat suspect of it. I also know that a vacuum leak on the=
 intake side of the turbo can cause lean running on boost. I replaced every=
thing here to be certain I have no leak.  I am leaning towards the fuel pum=
p at the moment. My fuel pressure guage was borrowed by my brother and I ha=
ve not run a fuel pump delivery rate check in a while. I was just checking =
if any of you knew of any other reasons that I could be running lean on boo=
st - so much so the car will spit and sputter. Thanks Jesse Clendenning
