I'm sure that's a possibility. I'll let you know when
I open them up. Probably over the Thanksgiving break.
I think they might just be gunked up. I'll look at
the integrity of the o-ring VERY carefully. I'll look
for swelling, meltdown, whatever. I don't think the
type of grease itself was the cause.
