I haven't tested the throttle switch yet, but the original faulty
one was replaced with the "new design" replacement. See
Scott Mockry's site, sjmautotechnik.com for details about
the idle/full throttle switch.
However, you've pointed out that I WILL have to test the
switch function. Seeing as new/used ISV's aren't cheap,
it's worth looking into w/rt to the $40 throttle switch.
BTW, if your switch is of the old style, I'd replace rather
than repair. From Scott's description of the design, you
will never have 100% reliability.
