Brett & Listers: The actual and virtual Audi/quattro gatherings after
Thanksgiving are a great idea. Brett, I have the virtual Audifest address,
but neglected to record other details in your previous posts: date (today?),
times, sign-on, etc. Please post.

As our mid-continent contribution to Thanksgivng quattro activities, The
SPLAT! group is holding an Audi Turkey Run into Wisconsin Cheesehead Land's
wonderful country roads tomorrow (Friday) just across the St. Croix River
border from Minnesota. SPLAT! stands for St. Paul Lunch Audi Team, a rump
group of the Glacier Lakes Chapter of the Audi Club.

Our run will have (who knows?) 8 to 12+ cars. We will cover probably 50
miles of curvy, hilly roads ending up in Hudson, Wisconsn for lunch at
Barker's Bar & Grill where they serve turkey burgers. Who says we've got
nothing to do until the water gets hard for our ice trials?

Pics will be posted within a week on the Glacier Lakes website at
www.glacierlakesqclub.org/. Currently on the site is an amusing slalom with
a nice spin-out by urS4 driver Bill Tippie at our Brainerd Intl Raceway
school last spring. Also on-site are a few pics from a SPLAT! lunch run a
few of us made a week ago in the Minnesota countryside. Hopefully, more
listers will post pics!
