4kqs Windsheild Wipers won't shut off

Possible causes, in order to check first:
1) Sticking relay. Pull the wiper relay from the fuse box. Maybe #6?
2) Broken wiper switch.
3) Stuck "park" winding on the wiper motor. The motor isn't supposed to stop just anywhere, but only in a prescribed spot. If this feature is malfunctioning, the motor will can sometimes run forever.
