Look in the truck (hatch) of Nissan 300ZX's in junkyards.  Mine (and all
others) came stock with two very nice wheel chocks like you describe above
(along with the jack and a spark plug removal tool.)  They are even painted
yellow for increased speed for your vehicle while stashed in the truck (I
figure each one is worth at least 3.72 hp)
