source for a bilstein...?

Well, it looks like the strut insert in that left front assembly
recently demised was a brave but still fallen sacrificial lamb.  Um, in
English, the things bent and broken and I need another one.

so, 1. who is the best source for a bilstein cartridge (and cap nut and
dust boot);

and 2. anyone got one lying around for some strange reason?

car is a 1989 90Q, bilstein part number is F4-P30-3006-H000
