weired happings with my IP lights

  Listers,

  Should I start with one minute everything was fine
and the next,
 or maybe out of the blue,
 well either way weird things were happening with my
IP lights on my 90 200tqa,
while driving with the lights on tonight everything
was working fine when all of a sudden (couldn't
resist)
my dash lights got real dim,
my hazard lights came on my IP, they didn't flash
outside the car. But they will come on if I use the
hazard switch in the stalk,
all so the high beam light came on my IP, the high
beam didn't go on while driving. But it will come on
if I use the stalk,
all so while using my turn signal either right or left
the hazard and high beam lights on the IP flash,
 along with whichever side i'm turning. And it will
flash one side then the other until I complete the
turn.
 Every light on the out side works though I stopped as
soon as I could at a store to check my lights on the
side of the building to see what the heck was going on
out there but everything was fine checked the brake
lights in the back, reverse lights,
turn signals front and back, high beams, hazards
everything while there.
 Now I would saie the turn-signal stalk but it just
all of a sudden happened it didn't happen while
turning on the lights the lights were all ready on or
by using the eather turn-signal
 Probley is the stalk though.
Anyone have any words of wisdom.
