Oil marks off pearl paint finish

My husband worked on replacing the high pressure power steering hose
last weekend and I didn't notice the oily hand print marks on the car
right away.

They are not coming off very easily.    I have pearlized white
finish.  :-((      What do you all use ?    Fay
