91 100 Quattro Air Bag Replacement

Hi Audi Fans,

1991 100 Quattro Sedan - The kids car.
Front impact collision a couple days ago. Bumper, Front grille, and hood
damage.  Air bag deployed.
Collision shop has not done estimate yet but made comment about $2000
for Air Bag system.  Is this what is to be expected?
How much to repair Air bag system ?
Any suggestions woul be appreciated.
