Here's a message I saved some time back regarding this issue:


I dont know if this is old news or not, so i will post it anyway. You can
get the etka software to run by first installing it like yopu normaly would.
Once installed, locate the etka icon and right click on it.Click on
properties. click on the compatibilit mode tab. you will then have a choice
of running the program in win 95 or win98 compatibility mode( i used 98)
