Really?  just clicking on the printer icon seems to work, though the
default A4 paper is wasteful (with 8.5 x 11 in the printer) unless you
mess with the setup every time the printer window comes up.  The printer
window is in German, too, as I recall, but I think German for "ok" is
"ok"?
