Long subject I know...

Anyway. I'm sick of roasting brakes on the rare occasion I take der UrQ
to the track. I've had Pagid Oranges (fr) and Yellow (rear) before and
while they were decent in that environment they sucked on the street.
Squealed and shed dust like that was all they could do. They sure did stop
good.

Last few pad changes I've been using stockers, or OEM equivs. That's not
cutting it.

According to EBC they specifically state that for track use, in the realm
of repeated stopping from the 80+mph zone that their Red-Stuff compound is
the correct pad. They go on to talk about getting into a habit of changing
pads at the track... They suggest Green-Stuff for everyday use (agressive
driver) and Red-Stuff for Track day.

My Question:
Has anyone done a comparo between the OEM equiv pads on G60's to any of
the EBC line. I am wondering if the Green-stuff in an order of magnitude
improvement in pad capability over the stock/OEM; where the Red-Stuff is an
incremental improvement over the Greens...

Yes I would rather avoid buying two complete sets of pads right now...

Comments?
