P/N and part sources for Air Temp Sensor (on IC) for '89 200Q

My wire was intermittant right at the connection to
the sensor.  Are you sure you have the check engine
lamp installed?  I guess if you're pulling codes you
probably do.  Someone once told me that sensor was
used on a Jap. car, but he didn't know which one, and
I've never seen one in my MANY trips to the boneyards.
 It IS a Hitachi.
