[s-cars] Family Album USA 5.42 under WinXP

Running it fine under XP Pro - the printing of course does not work, but
that was the same issue with Win2K Pro as XP Home and Pro are both
evolutions of the NT line.

Don't do anything fancy with it, just copy the .dll file from the win95
directory over the one in the epc_prog directory. No other changes were/are
necessary.

I'm still looking for my copy of the euro-FA to see if installing it in
win95 compatability mode will make the printing work. Will advise if it is
successful.
