Wastegate Removal help needed

Greetings

I am trying to remove my wastegate assembly and respective accordion pipe. =
I am having trouble removing last one of three bolts that hold the accordio=
n pipe to the downpipe. I cannot seem to get a box wrench and socket in the=
 tight space. What tools have others used? I thought about a 13mm crow's fo=
ot, but I don't know if it will work in this high torque application.

Any help appreciated,
