Brake Bolts?

Hey friends, I'm replacing pads and rotors all around on my 1990 200 - and
the Bentley says to replace the bolt securing each caliper to the mounting
bracket. I can't see any reason the bolt needs to be replaced, as it appears
to be unusual only in having loctite pre-installed. The torque spec isn't
nearly enough to stretch the bolt, so I don't see any safety issue there. The
dealer shows the bolt listed by size, but his list shows no special
characteristics for the bolts. The pad sets I got didn't have replacement
bolts as the factory ones supposedly do, and the dealer says he'd have to
order them (of course). I'm thinking that I can renew the loctite on the
bolts, install them, torque to spec and go on with business. What say you?
