87 4k CSQ tranny bad at 67k miles?

I doubt the trans is the problem, I have only seen 1 fail and it was due to
lack of oil. I don't know where you are at but if it comes to it I have a
used 85 4kq trans at home (N. California).

That's a _really_ good idea, but I get the noise even when the propshaft
isn't spinning (park brake on). I wanted it to be the driveshaft or support
bearing (considerably easier to deal with) but I don't think I can wish hard
enough to make it reality.
