well, my mom has decided to sell her car..she is doing a 180 mile a day
commute and wants a new Toyota Camry (hey, i tried!)

anyway, here are the specs.
'86 audi 5000s   alpine white w/ blue velour interior, rare 15" BBS mesh
alloy wheels with new tires (from a '90 100Q)  and rear spoiler from a white
4kq (looks stock on the 5k)
AT, A/C, ps, pb, cruise, power windows, power doorlocks.  non sunroof ,
manual seats, factory floormats w/ audi rings.
 we bought this car new, in '87 as a leftover.   the exterior and interior
are in excellent condition, clean, great paint still shiny as new (car is
detailed by yours truly) no rust ever and is a great runner. it has a mere
118k mi.
in the past year we have put over $4k into the car in repairs..  the tranny
was totally rebuilt and resealed in june (it shifts like a new car now) as
well as a new power steering rack and pump lines.  the bomb (brake pressure
accumilator) was just replaced last week along with all new EM studs and
gasket. the tires are new and the CV axles were replaced with new units in
june. car has new valve cover gasket, recent all-metal radiator, cold a/c
(r134 retro with proper orifice valve and oil) new timing belt, h2o pump,
plus a bunch of other new things and all repair records since new.  car will
drive anywhere, and its very reliable.  asking $3500 obo
