Ron,
You need to buy a "crows foot" of appropriate size (forgot what that is,
17mm?)
It's basically an open end wrench head with a socket to mount to a torque
wrench,
of which a 3/8" square drive would be most appropriate for this low a
torque. You
fit it to your torque wrench and then set the torque wrench to a lower
setting determined
by the following proportion.
Torque desired/torque setting = wrench length with crowsfoot/wrench
length
You want you setting to be LESS than the spec.
Example (greatly exaggerated):
Torque required 10 Nm
Wrench length 1 m
Wrench with crowsfoot 1.3 m.
10/x = 1.3 / 1.0
x = 7.7 Nm (what you set your wrench for)
