Violence, as I recall. Gradually increasing violence, that is, should
break it loose before breaking anything important. Applyin this
violence could be tricky, probably some sort of long tool braced against
the slave and hit by things at the other end.
After removing the old one and installing the new one, be careful not to
make the actuator come out (don't step on clutch, try to bleed, etc.),
since you will never get it back into place with it sticking out.
