thanks mike, did you use the stock diesel downpipe? i am contemplating
buying one with the thought of cutting and shutting it, also thre is a
straight pipe that goes were the cat should be on the 90, i was going to fit
that to as my cat is probably long dead (too much rich running and the
occasional backfire). Im waiting on the urq double oil filter adaptor which
i have ordered from the breakers, and i am currently bidding on a ford
sierra cosworth intercooler. i have also picked up an oil cooler from a
vauxhall cavalier, and i have started gathering hoses, i grabbed one of a
porker 924 for the throttle body. i have still to grab another airbox so i
can flip the afm around and i need to get a golf boot for the afm.
so hopefully over xmas i will spend a day finishing the process, should have
the oil cooler fitted this week, and hopefully an intercooler fitted by the
end of the month.

The car hauled some major ass. 15.5 in the quarter mile vs. 17.4
stock....
Gobs of torque, and the top end wasn't too bad once I ditched the CIS :)
It pulled to the fuel cutoff oat 6200 easy enough. It's a great upgrade
as a
cheap fun way to get some serious low end punch. Look in the archives a
bit,
I've posted a crapload of stuff about it.
