Hydraulic Pump Belt Coming Loose

You should make sure you are using the proper profile belt - the wrong
ones have the wrong shape "V" and very short lifespans.  Try one made by
Continental, for instance, or sourced from any of the reliable mail
order vendors mentioned on this list regularly.
