Bad Windshield Wiper Switch - 1990 200Q

You have to remove the steering wheel first then undo the clamp that holds the switches
on the colmn. There is a philips screw in the hole on the bottom that has to be loosened..
The assembly is held together by rivets and you have to drill these out.  When pulling
apart make sure you see where every thing goes because it will pop apart fast.
I used long skinny screws and nuts to put it back together again.
