Would you buy this car?

Ok I have a chance to get this car however the inspection reports shows
this:

1990 Audi 90 Quattro 20v

Right rear window wont open
Left rear window opens on master only
Engine block breather hose collapsed
Front engine seals leaking
Rear main seal leaking
Valve cover gasket leaking
Oil drain gasket leaking
Front final drive seals leaking
Rear final drive seals leaking
Right front headlight cracked

Compression test

Brakes: 50%Front  60%Rear

The body is solid and rides pretty well.. it idles a bit rough after
driving...

It this car worth $3500?
