1.6 bar overboost on MC-2?

Correct. It definitely held vac. I watched the gauge
on the pump often and when I blew the release valve I
heard the air release. It started earlier this week
very subtly and I didn't realize what it was. Later
it got worse and when I switched to manifold pressure
on the dash computer, it was really clear. Very
quickly from 1.3 to 1.6 bar and then bam. Total
cutoff. I never experienced this. Now I know what
it's like. I also think I really understand why
people become addicted to high boost levels. It
really jumps when the boost starts to climb. The
wastegate diaphragm is shot. Torn.
