Ticket - Should I dig myself deeper? (LAC)

... this isn't a new one, hey it's kept many southern town gummints going
for decades ... the only excuse for pushing the limits of the law rigorously
like that is revenue enhancement ... there are communities in my area who do
similar things ... Milpitas, Campbell, Los Gatos ... I figure that if they
want to have their government operate in that way I will do my best to do my
business elsewhere.  If it is clearly a revenue enhancement situation my
recommendation is to take the ticket to court to minimize any income that is
gained ... of course then they'll need to go to photo radar ... to get the
volume up ...
