Airbag light on!

This is a 200q20v avant. The Bentley shows use of a specific airbag test
instrument, looks hard to work around that with my multimeter or LED rig.
The non specialist garage up the street says only the dealer can diagnose
it. Say it aint so!

Please respond by direct email - I'm on "nomail" and usually access the list
