[V8] Front speakers/ Bose sys./1990 V8Q

Bill,
 The speakers in the dash of my '90 V8 work for the radio and phone. Although
I haven't had the phone working it does click on the right speaker when I
power up the phone.
 Since I haven't worked the phone (no antenna), will the antenna from a newer
V8 work? A friend says he has one from his '91 he will give me. He also gave
me some spark plugs, now they aren't the same ones as the manual reccomends.
The stock ones are bosch H6 DC0, the ones he gave me are bosch H7 DC0. Will
they work?
