4ktq throttle cable...which one?

Hello all...

In preparation for a 4ktq conversion here soon (next two weeks) I'm trying
to get some things lined up and I had a question about which throttle cable
to use for the MC engine.

I know that some people have used the UrQ throttle cable in their
conversions and I've read that even the 4kq cable can be made to work
although it's a stretch.  One or two previous posts also indicated that the
5kt throttle cable can also be used.

Can anyone confirm that I can use the 5kt cable (probably more readily
available than the UrQ cable) in my conversion?  Will the pedal end
correctly attach to the 4kq pedal?  What about length?
