Hello there (again)...
I'm changing the clutch slave cylinder on my 4kq as a preventative measure =
(the engine is out, BTW) and am having some trouble. I removed the clip an=
d even soaked it in some penetrating oil, then pounded on it some with a dr=
ift and a hammer... no dice.
Any ideas or things to try? I imagine the slave is just frozen or corroded=
into its bore in the bell housing. It looks to be the original unit and ha=
s probably never left its cozy spot there beneath the rack.
Thanks in advance....
