Remove the radio and present it to any Audi service department(bring
along the vehicle registration.)  They should be able to get the code
within a matter of minutes.

If the radio isn't removed, you're more likely to get charged labor
to remove/replace.

All that is needed is a set of DIN tools- U shaped loops with knubs
that engage the locking mechanisms.  Available at almost any auto
parts store.
