Invariably ther are issues with starting - timing off, etc. Once it fires
and runs you'll need to rev. to around 2700 RPM and hold it for around 20
min. Every now and then gun the engine and raise or lower RPMs +/- 500,
but don't let it idle for long. This allows the cam to break in to the
lifters.
Once the cam is broken in and you have it tuned good enough to drive,
breaking in the rings requires that you drive like a madman more or less.
Accelerate hard then let the engine brake the car. This lets the rings
seat. You'll of course need to temper this with the overiding priority of
safety.
BTW, you do not want to be using high grade motor oil for all this. Change
the oil & filter at around 3kmiles.

[Just about done installing rebuilt I-5T into my CGT and I can't find any
factory break-in instructions. I don't have the Bentley and I was hoping
that maybe someone who did would have those instructions...
Thanks
