Ahhhhh yes.... I have the same issue with my 90q20v... the breather hose
is collapsed (according to the inspection report and I still haven't
fixed it)... I just ended up taking it into the shop today just so they
would make sure I would pass emissions and check the issue with the 4k
power loss... I shall post the diagnosis to ya'll
