My old-ish Snap-on stopped clicking on Sat and turned into a left-right
breaker bar. Came close to ruin a new tie-rod end ... but Stephane, the
adventurer tech, saved the day (gratitude)

I took it to my Snap-on rep for repair, he didn't mention any possible
cost, just that it might take 2 weeks.
