CV boot replacement: stripped inner cv joint bolts

It's kind of funny and sucks. I just posted this big
tome on how I remove these stuck fasteners.
Apparently someone wasn't paying attention. (not you)
I've tried and succeeded with 2 methods. Clean what
threads are exposed out the back of the flanges REALLY
well. Cleaning the threads will allow this portion to
pass through the casting easily. Use Kroil. If you
don't have it or haven't ever tried it. Do. My dad,
a machinist his whole life gave me several cans. Both
Kroil and AeroKroil. They are without a doubt the
best penetrants on the market. MHO. I have used both
ViseGrips on the head and pounded a slightly larger
(either metric, standard or Torx driver) into the
stripped hole. Socket types work best. Then used an
impact driver (they have them at Walmart or Lowes or
PepBoys, whatever) for less than $10. With this last
method, they come out easily every time. I think you
need to do all the steps to have this work though.
Good luck.
