I figured it out,  BAD COIL!!!!!!!  Whew, that was a
close one.  I guess the coil just decided it didn't
want to put out enough spark for 17 psi anymore, which
resulted in a TON of fuel being dumped into the turbo
hot side, then BANG!  I really am lucky my exhaust is
still on the car.  Hmm, I wonder what the inside of my
cat looks like......

I also hooked up a second 7mm Aquamist jet for the
water injection.  It seems to work great having them
both turn on at 15 psi.  No bogging so far.  Now I can
advance the timing 5 degree's beyond what is safe for
91 octane gas!  Now back to that damn header project:)
