PEP Boys have the Lisle "set of three" triple square bits which fit a
13mm socket.  These work well with an impact gun as a last resort. :-)
You are probably best to "seat" the triple square with a hammer prior
to attempting removal...

If you want to defer the pain you can remove the outer joint on a 200
with out too much pain.  Use the axle bolt as a "press" to force the
joint
off while holding the Clip out with a pair of clip pliers.
